Mr. Khalidi, a Savannah resident for over 25 years, specializes in the preservation, restoration, renovation, and development of residential and commercial properties within Savannah’s Historic, Victorian and Midtown Districts. Mr. Dykes’ extensive career on the west coast that spans 35 years of experience in all facets of real estate, including construction and development, renovation, finance and sales and marketing. Mr. Dykes recently relocated to Savannah and has joined Mr. Khalidi in his effort to preserve the integrity of restoration and new construction projects in historic Savannah Georgia.

The architectural elements and exacting standards of The Residences on Forsyth have been developed through extensive research of the 18th and 19th century architecture representative of Savannah. Unwilling to compromise the integrity of The Residences on Forsyth, our team has spent countless hours carefully developing a project in keeping with its location, which originally housed an Italianate mansion built by Captain William A. Mercer, the grandfather of Savannah’s own lyricist, composer and singer, Johnny Mercer.
